Every organization has a story. Mine began with a belief I continue to carry today: when leaders and teams are aligned around purpose, they gain the clarity and confidence to move forward.

TISOMO means “This Is Something Of My Own” —a name that reflects our belief that every leader and every organization has the capacity to create their own path forward.

Founded in 2015, TISOMO Consulting Group was created on a simple conviction: when people and purpose align, performance follows. Today we partner with values-driven organizations to strengthen culture, align people with strategy, and build lasting capability through executive coaching, strategic HR consulting, and leadership development.
