Tanya Gomez Reifarth, Founder & Principal Consultant
Tanya Gomez Reifarth is the Founder and Principal Consultant of TISOMO Consulting Group, a boutique leadership and organizational advisory firm focused on building leadership capacity and organizational capability in complex environments.
With over two decades of experience spanning executive leadership, operations, human resources, organizational development, and coaching, Tanya brings a rare combination of strategic rigor, operational fluency, and human-centered discernment to her work. She partners with leaders and organizations navigating growth, transition, and increased complexity.
Her work is grounded in a simple but demanding belief: leadership effectiveness is shaped not only by what leaders know, but by how they think, decide, and relate under pressure.
A Practitioner’s Lens
Before founding TISOMO, Tanya built her leadership foundation in the private sector, holding senior roles with direct responsibility for operations, people strategy, and execution. Since founding TISOMO, she has partnered with organizations across healthcare, education, government, and the private sector—often working concurrently within complex systems while consulting alongside executive teams.
These experiences shaped her conviction that many challenges labeled as “people issues” are, in fact, failures of leadership clarity and system design. Tanya works at the intersection of strategy, behavior, and culture, helping leaders examine how decisions ripple through teams, systems, and outcomes.
Clients describe her presence as thoughtful, grounded, and direct. She creates space for clarity without minimizing complexity and challenges leaders to expand perspective while remaining accountable to real-world results.

Education, Credentials, and Professional Commitment
Tanya holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, along with advanced training in evidence-based coaching and organizational development. She is both a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and holds senior-level HR and project leadership credentials, including SHRM-SCP and PMP.
Beyond client work, Tanya contributes to the broader leadership ecosystem through professional service, mentoring, and thought leadership—reflecting her belief that leadership carries responsibility not only to organizations, but to the people and systems they influence.
