TISOMO Consulting Group, a human capital consulting firm, was incorporated in 2015 and fully launched in 2018 as a women-owned, minority certified business enterprise in Jacksonville, Florida. We realize competitive viability requires performing well financially and providing environments conducive to people thriving. Our team has the expertise and scalability to help balance these two tenets of organizational life. TISOMO dedicates itself to assisting organizations to align their strategy to human capital to enable success. TISOMO recently expanded to include a location in Charlotte, North Carolina.
